Security Deposit: $300 |
Terms For All Houseboat Rentals
Prices subject to a 9 % State and local tax. Fuel is not included in the rental rate. All
reservations may be made by phone and will be confirmed upon receipt of security deposit
which must be received in seven days. Houseboat deposits are non-refundable for any
reason. The security deposit will be held in addition to your rental until the boat is
returned to us in good condition. Payments may be made by cash, Traveler's Cheques, or
Cashier's checks. Sorry, credit cards cannot be accepted for houseboat rentals. Rental
charge is to be paid along with security deposit before the boat is taken out. Regulations
prohibit pets on board the houseboats.
Persons and boat weight capacity will be determined by the manufacturer's
ratings and/or management discretion. One of our staff will give full instructions on the
proper operation of every rental before it leaves the dock. All units start full of gas;
when the boat is returned we refill it and charge you for what you use.
